Your medical insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for all bills regardless of your insurance plan. We will bill your insurance company for all services rendered and will accept the allowed amount for insurance carriers with which we participate. You are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible payments.
